The evolution of CrossFit
Coming from the US, CrossFit was founded in 2000 by Greg Glassman and Lauren Jenai. Since then the exercise regime has found its way across the globe where people from all walks of life find themselves enjoying the activity as well as it helped them achieve their desired body goals. This discipline is widely used in the military, special action forces, and even by high profile celebrities and athletes in preparing for their sports competition.
